Nursing Director

Montego Bay Community College invites applications for the position of Nursing Director (clear vacancy) for September 2021.

Location: Westmoreland campus

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Public Health;
• Certificate in Nursing Education;
• A valid Nursing Council Licence;
• At least three years experience in a position of similar nature.

Preferred attributes

• Experience in Management/Leadership at the Senior Executive Level;
• In depth knowledge of Nursing Council guidelines, practices and procedures;
• Strong transformational leadership and Change Management skills;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating and communication skills;
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, marketing and facilities management;
• The ability to build, nurture and maintain healthy relationships internally and externally.
